Description
This course is designed to help Project LeanNation franchise partners successfully navigate the critical 8-week period known as Community Activation. This period begins after signing a lease for a Project LeanNation store and is crucial for creating brand awareness, developing relationships with the community, and driving presales to open stores with 100+ Founding Members on day one. With grassroots outreach events and relationships with local businesses, PLN creates a sense of community even before the store opens, setting the franchise partner up for success.

The course will cover essential elements of a successful Community Activation, including brand awareness, grassroots outreach, local business relationships, and presale strategies. Additionally, you will learn how to use the training tools provided by the PLN HQ team to ensure successful presales and create a presales space while the store is under construction.

By the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of the benefits of Community Activation, including increased brand awareness, community engagement, and successful presales. You will also have the skills and tools needed to develop and implement an effective Community Activation plan that will set you up for success.
